Biblical preaching and teaching are central to the development of believers. The word of God is the primary source of growth at LG. The word of God is sufficient for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

The church grows larger and smaller at the same time. Smaller groups allow for strategic training. Life stage groups, men, women, young adults, youth, and children are some of the small group settings that cycle through LG.

LG is a family. And like all families, LG is not perfect. As a family we don’t always see eye-to-eye, but we do strive to walk together; loving accepting our differences and encouraging one another with Christian love.

Growth is not automatic. LG members are encouraged to grow in their walk with the Lord. The goal of discipleship at LG is for members to look more like Christ.
